This lightweight didgeridoo is great for traveling far and wide.

It has multiple sections so you can easily pack it down. It fits neatly into the bag and is just 49cm long! It is made out of a strong but lightweight plastic and weighs less than 1 kg! How handy is that when you are flying!

At full length it is 167cm and plays in the key of D. You can even experiment by taking different sections out to raise the pitch. The painted design on the bell end of the didge varies in style and colour so your didgeridoo will be unique.

The screwdown travel didgeridoo is incredibly easy to play so is suitable for the beginner too.

I already had one of does an gave it to a friend with snoring problems :-). Light and easy to store sounds good because of his conical form, you can even play it in 2 diferent keys by leaving or set one of the combining peaces........

Great for knockabout or practice July 30, 2014
Reviewer: Raymond Watchman from Palmerston North, New Zealand
I agree with everything fellow Kiwi Trevor Sills says in his review.
While it obviously can't match my beautiful ironbark D didgeridoo for tonal colour, depth and subtlety, the screwdown travel didge is delivering on its promises.
It's a great knockabout instrument.
Lightweight but robust, I use it for practice and impromptu jamming, or chucking in the car to take to our djembe drumming circles to create a bit of fusion rhythm when required.
As I fly across the ditch fairly often, this is the ideal instrument to carry with me, without border hassles or compromising luggage weight.
Back pressure is good for circular breathing and bounce-breath technique - and the artwork makes the instrument as handsome is it is fun to play.
Thanks to Didgeridoo Breath's commitment to best service, my screwdown arrived quickly, well packed and in pristine condition. Thanks guys.

Great grab 'n' go didge July 21, 2014
Reviewer: Raymond Watchman from Palmerston North, Manawatu New Zealand
The screwdown travel didgeridoo lives up to its promise. It doesn't have the 'voice' of my wonderful ironbark D didge, nor would I expect it to, but being lightweight and robust, it's great to pick up any old time for some impromptu jamming and to snatch a few minutes' practice as time and circumstances permit. I travel across The Ditch every so often, so this didge will be ideal to pack into its bag and be carried in my main suitcase as luggage, without weight or border hassles. It has a robust sound, is surprisingly versatile, has excellent back pressure and most importantly, is fun to play. It arrived well packed and in pristine condition. Thanks guys.

Great June 20, 2014
Reviewer: Trevor Sills from Cambridge, Waikato New Zealand
I'm a huge fan of Didgeridoo Breath's Jesse Lethbridge didges, but they're a bit hard to throw into the back of the car when you already have the holiday luggage and the family in there.  Not to mention taking on a plane! So I though I'd give the travel didge a shot.  To be honest, I wasn't expecting much; let's face it, how good can it be for under $100?  However I was pleasantly surprised.  It's got a nice tone and pretty good back pressure. You can also take a couple of sections off to play around with the key.  It won't replace a regular didge, but great for when you need your music and don't want the hassle of dealing with the logistics of transporting a regular didge. I recommend it.

Engineering principles June 14, 2013

I have ordered one of these as I travel, it is worth pointing out that some reviews have mentioned  the screw threads are too tight, this is necessary as each joint has to be perfectly air tight, it therfore follows that this is a positive feature as if air were to leak out the instrument would not play properly.
