About this didgeridoo:
This Australian didgeridoo is made from Termite Hollowed Eucalyptus from the
Northern Territory, Northern Australia.
It is hand painted by Trevor "Bull Neck" Atkinson, he is from the "Barunga"
Country and was born on the 9th of October 1963 at Barunga. Trevor was
inspired to Paint by Victor Pamkal, who is the eldest brother of Manuel
Pamkal, a well known artist from that area.
Trevor started painting at age 16 on a blackboard then on bark. Trevor is
married with two children. He spends most of his time in Barungaa or at the
Aboriginal owned King Valley Station.
His paintings are of the animals of his area such as the Sand Frog, Emu,
Turtle, Fish, Bream and Goanna.
This Didgeridoo is also a fine instrument. Rich Eucalyptus
tones and great backpressure allowing easy playing while using very little
air.
A fantastic instrument and a pleasure to play.
