Do you accept phone orders?
  Absolutely! Our shop opening hours are 10am 5:30pm every day of the week (Perth, Western Australian Time). We are very happy to speak to you for any advice and also take your order over the phone. Feel free to call us on, International: +61 8 9430 6009, Within Australia: (08) 9430 6009.

Want to buy that special didgeridoo but don't quite have all the cash?

Is the thought of someone else getting in before you and sneaking that beautiful instrument from under your feet, causing you to lose sleep?

Problem solved! Didgeridoo Breath now has a Payment Plan/Lay-By option when placing orders.

So what's involved?

1. A 25% deposit is required to secure your order. This must be received within 48hrs of placing your order.

2. You then have 8 weeks to pay your order in full.

3. As soon as your order is paid in full, we will ship it immediately.

It's that easy!

If you would like to proceed with this option, simply select "Payment Plan/Lay-By" as your payment method and place your order.

On the confirmation page there is a link to give you all the details you need, including the different payment options. You can pay by credit card, paypal, cheque and electronic bank transfer.

When shopping with us, please choose your products carefully as we have a no-return policy.

We do our best to provide detailed and accurate product information including photographs, descriptions and video demonstrations to help with your purchase.

If you have any questions about a product or need some advice, please contact us any time. We are open 7 days a week and will always be happy to help.

Wrong or Missing Items

If the wrong item is sent or there is an item missing from your order, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you free of charge. The cost of returning any wrongly sent items are also our responsibility. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. You are required to keep all boxes and packaging for inspection. Details of the damage will be taken and the claim processed with the shipping company. It is our responsibility to replace the damaged item free of charge. As many didgeridoos are unique, if a suitable replacement can't be found, your purchase amount for this item and shipping will be refunded to you.

Do I have to pay GST/Sales Tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax (GST) if your order is being shipped within Australia.

All prices on this website are displayed excluding GST.

When you add items to the shopping basket, you can enter in the delivery address to calculate the shipping price. If this address is in Australia, 10% GST will be added to your order and the new total displayed.
Are your online payments secure?
  This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
What happens after I place my order?
  Once you have placed your order through our website, you will get an automatic email confirmation containing the full order details.

We aim to have your order dispatched within 1 working day, once full payment is received.

We will email you once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your order tracking details if applicable.

If there will be a delay in shipping your order, or if the item(s) you ordered are not available, we will notify you by email within 1 working day.
