What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, and Pay-Pal.
How do I know if ordering online is secure?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and PGP encryption to encrypt all of your payment details. To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window when entering your payment details. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure.
With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we sure do! Every day we are sending didgeridoos, stands, bags, cds, aboriginal art and all sorts of other products around the world. After years of doing so we know how to wrap and pack your order so it gets to you safely.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all orders shipping are fully insured against loss or damage.
What are your shipping charges?
The shipping charges are based upon the weight of the items you order. This is all calculated automatically for you in our shopping cart. We use two different couriers, DHL International Express and regular post. We choose the most economical method for what you order. You can see the shipping cost in the shopping cart under the items that you have ordered. Simply select either International or Within Australia and the shipping amount is calculated and your order total is displayed.
Who is my order shipped with & how long will it take to get to me?
We send our orders using three carriers:
1.a International Didgeridoos & Larger orders – DHL are the most efficient, cost effective carrier. Over the years, DHL have delivered hundreds of orders around the world for us. Delivery time is approximately 3 – 5 working days.
1.b Australia Wide Didgeridoos and Larger orders- TNT are the most efficient, cost effective carrier. Over the years, TNT have delivered hundreds of orders around the country for us. Delivery time is approximately 3 – 7 working days.
2. Smaller, lighter items are sent through regular Australia Post. Delivery time is approximately 5 – 15 working days.
Will my order be safe?
With plenty of bubble wrap and custom shipping boxes, whether you’re ordering a CD, Didgeridoo stand or concert class Didgeridoo, we take pride in wrapping and packing your order safely for its journey to you.
What happens after I place my order?
1. We received your order at our shop in Fremantle, Western Australia thanks to the speedy internet.
2. We select the items you order and pack them safely, ready to send. Our didgeridoos get fully bubble wrapped and packed into our specially made DHL didgeridoo boxes. For CD’ and Accessories we bubble wrap them and box them according to size.
3. We then post your order and email you to let you know it’s on its way!
Its as simple as that!
Are there any extra costs?
Countries sometimes apply import tax on goods imported. Through our experience and knowledge of shipping didgeridoos and accessories worldwide, we take every step possible to prevent this happening or minimizing the taxes if the rare occasion occurs. These taxes are payable by the receiver.
Will you let me know when my order is sent?
Yes, we will personally email you advising what day your order has been sent.
Can I track my order?
All packages sent through DHL and TNT are traceable on the relevant website, from the moment they are logged in the DHL or TNT computer at pickup, to the moment your order arrives to your door. We email you your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Can you ship my order to my work address?
Yes we can! You tell us where to ship it and we will get it there for you. DHL and TNT will not deliver to Post Boxes.
Can you ship my order to a post box?
For smaller orders like cd’s and didgeridoo bags we can send to a post box. For larger orders like didgeridoos and didgeridoo stands, we use DHL International Express who require a signature on delivery and will only deliver to a physical building address.
Can I call you to place an order over the phone?

When do you take payment for my order?
We process your order payment once your order is packaged and ready to go.

What happens if I receive my order and it is damaged?
Please email us or give us a call and we will sort it out for you. We will speak directly to the courier company to get your item replaced or refunded as quickly as possible.
